WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
SIMPLE
When you contact Armadillo Home Inspection, we will walk you through the process of the home inspection and answer any questions you may have directly over the phone. We take it from there! We will contact the real estate agents to confirm the time works for the current homeowners, confirm utilities are turned on, and schedule and supervise any specialty inspections.
FLEXIBLE
Some clients prefer to be present for the entire inspection, while others prefer to meet at the end of the inspection to review the results first-hand. Meeting at the end of the inspection is often preferable, as the client can avoid the time-consuming portion of checking all the systems, while getting the benefit of an extensive review of the results.
COMFORTABLE
When the inspection is complete, we will review the preliminary report together. We will point out any items that are in need of repair and answer any of your questions in simple, easy to understand language to ensure you are comfortable with all aspects of the report.
